Our Promise Quality assurance of all services provided by HHC is constantly monitored by a number of committees, including the Board of Directors, the Professional Advisory Committee, and the Quality Assurance Committee. These committees ensure that the care provided is appropriate, timely, and specific to each patient's needs. The Quality Assurance Committee also ensures that each individualized care plan meets all state and federal regulatory standards for quality care at the highest level possible. The consistent quality of services rendered by HHC is reflected by positive feedback from referral services, community representatives, and the patients and families themselves, who often stay with HHC throughout the recovery process when necessary. HHC is also committed to providing care in a timely fashion. A simple phone call is all that is required to request services. Our operators are on call 24 hours a day, so patients and referral services can call us at any hour, day or night. Once our Home Care Coordinator completes the intake information, service can begin as early as on the same day or within 24 hours of the request.
